This beautiful rhinestone plastic button comes with acrylic stones and a shank that can be used to be added to clothing or cut the shank off and add it to a flower clippie.  This button is 23mm in size.

These are being sold at a discount AS-IS.  Some of these offwhite colored pearls are completely fine, however some have noticeable scratches to very minor scratches. There are no returns on these buttons.  You may also try to pop the center of the button out and replace with a new pearl.
